Event Attendance Guidelines

All events are considered "open" unless explicitly designated "closed" (only TCOC, other TCI club members and prospective members are allowed.)

All house parties are considered BYOB if you prefer a beverage other than the soft drinks provided.

Some performances or weekend events require an RSVP well in advance to negotiate group rates, determine charter costs, food planning, etc.  Check the event's details for an RSVP deadline date.  It is only specified if planners think it is necessary.  If one is specified, be considerate and reply.  Those who don't respond by the deadline date will likely have to pay a surcharge or possibly be excluded. 

If you plan to attend an event, it is in your best interest to notify the contact person.  Emergencies have forced changes on short notice before.  Should the need occur to inform you beforehand and we know you are coming, we can contact you. If insufficient interest in an event is perceived, it may be canceled and only those who responded can be notified.  Phone numbers are given for all event contacts and most have email links.  (Don't rely upon email if time is short.)  Please give your phone number when notifying the contact person so that we can call you if a significant change occurs.
