Who is Kae, you ask? Kae Sumner Einfeldt was a 6’2″ young woman who, in 1938, thought there ought to be a club for tall people!
She penned an article for the LA Times talking about the challenges tall people face. At the end of that article, she invited folks with enhanced heights to gather at her home, and the first Tall Club, the Longfellows, came into being.
